AbstractThe Hadith is one of the sources of Islamic legislation after the Holy Quran; it is the carrier of all that is said about the infallibles of a statement or action or report, and they are described by God in his book; God said: "But God wants to go away from you the abomination Ahl al-Bayt and purifies you purified (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to them: Hence, it is not possible to dispense with the science of the people of decision. But the work of the Hadith Sharif, and the provisions of the legitimacy linked to the adherence to the rules of the science of the novel and its origins, as well as the knowledge of know-how; the narrations of the Hadith and work is based on these precise rules built by the builders of the imams of the people of the house and committed by the owners.
It was narrated that Imam Abi Abd-Allaah al-Sadiq said that he said: "A hadeeth is better than a thousand hadeeths, and the man is not among you. He did not know the meaning of our words, and the word from our words is to turn on seventy faces to us from all of them." This established structure of the orders of the family of the house and their prohibitions and etiquette paved the way for Muslim scholars to approach the most effective way in dealing with the narration of the hadeeth of the hadeeth, so he took what is acceptable to work with it and left the subject to them. They warned others to take the innovated narratives that contradicted the Qur'anic constants Moved by friends (Rez).
This study came as a method and analysis of the internal and external narratives of the Hadith. I did not find - after the long and accurate reading of the Hadith sciences - the safest way to deal with the modern narratives other than what the modernists have developed in their origins and books. This is a study of research that bears criticism and evaluation.
In my study, I dealt with four questions:
The first topic: Curriculum and its cognitive sections.
The second topic: It is intended to "analyze" in the language of jurists and scholars.
The third topic: the definition of the ahaadeeth of the rulings, and explain the vocabulary of the definition.
The fourth topic: the methodological steps used in the analysis of the rulings
